Order Dispatch and Cancellation

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy

Replacement of any kind is not allowed for OatMlk products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Policy

Any claim for refund due to damages occurring during transit must be conveyed to us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

No refunds will be considered after the 48-hour timeline has elapsed.

Refunds will be processed to your original source of payment within 4-7 Working Days.

Tier 2 Cities: 7-10 Working Days
