Return & Refund Policy

Toats Private Limited (OatMlk) maintains a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. By completing a purchase on this store, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit due to a change of mind, taste preference, or customer error.

2. Refunds for Damage in Transit

Refunds are issued only for items approved as damaged during the initial transit from our facility. To qualify for a refund claim, you must adhere to the following:

Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the courier.

Documentation: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged goods and the exterior packaging.

Proof of Delivery (POD): A clear image of the POD (Proof of Delivery) with a signature and a written mention of the damages is mandatory for all claims.

Approval: All claims are subject to internal review. A refund is only issued once the damage claim is formally approved by Toats Private Limited.

3. Exclusions & Liability Limits

Please take note of the following strict exclusions:

Third-Party Couriers: We are not liable for any products or damages resulting from handling or storage by third-party courier services.

MOQ Requirements: Our refund policy for transit damage does not apply to orders that fall under our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

Shipping Charges: The delivery fee paid at checkout is strictly for the transportation of the package. It does not cover insurance. Toats Private Limited is not responsible for loss or damage if insurance was not explicitly purchased or included.

4. How to Start a Claim

If your order arrived damaged and meets the criteria above, you must email us at ops@oatmlk.in within 48 hours of receipt.

Your email must include:

Your Order Number.

High-resolution photos of the damaged item.

High-resolution photos of the shipping box (exterior).

A clear image of the POD (Proof of Delivery) signed and mentioning the damages.

Failure to provide any of the above documentation within the 48-hour window will result in an automatic rejection of the claim.
