OatMlk operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). OatMlk is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Your order shall only be deemed accepted once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued by OatMlk.

Please review your order carefully before submission. Orders once processed or dispatched may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed.

In the event we reject, cancel, or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through the Services are intended for personal or household consumption only and not for resale, redistribution, or export unless expressly authorized in writing.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

The final price charged shall be the price applicable at the time the order is successfully placed and confirmed.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the website may exclude:

  • Shipping charges,

  • Handling fees,

  • Applicable taxes,

  • Customs duties,

  • Import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases made through the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. The payment information provided by you is true and valid;

  3. Charges incurred shall be honored by your payment provider; and

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We utilize independent third-party logistics providers (3PL) for all shipments. Once products are handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Toats Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays,

  • Failed delivery attempts,

  • Carrier mishandling,

  • Transit damage,

  • Theft or loss during transit,

  • Customs clearance delays,

  • Force majeure events,

  • Address errors provided by customers.

Customers are solely responsible for monitoring tracking updates and coordinating delivery directly with the courier partner.

SECTION 6 - NO RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food and beverage products, all sales made through the Services are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns,

  • Exchanges,

  • Return-to-origin claims,

  • Refund requests based on taste preference,

  • Refunds for delayed deliveries,

  • Refunds for refusal to accept delivery,

  • Refunds for incorrect address submissions by customers.

Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for transit damage shall only be considered where:

  • The selected delivery option explicitly mentions “Insured Shipping”; and

  • Damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery with complete supporting evidence.

Damage claims must be submitted via email to ops@oatmlk.in along with:

  • Order number,

  • Images/videos of damaged products,

  • Images of outer packaging.

Claims submitted beyond the stipulated timeline or without sufficient evidence may be rejected at our sole discretion.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Services, including trademarks, product names, logos, branding, graphics, text, images, packaging designs, videos, website design, and related materials are the exclusive property of Toats Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, repurpose, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent from Toats Private Limited.

“OatMlk” and associated branding assets are proprietary trademarks of Toats Private Limited.

You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties which we neither monitor nor control.

Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Your use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the respective third-party terms.

Accessing third-party websites is done entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

OatMlk is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made through this store are conducted directly with Toats Private Limited.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and OatMlk, including product quality, refunds, delivery disputes, or customer claims.

Any feedback, reviews, suggestions, ideas, or submissions provided by you may be used by Toats Private Limited without restriction or compensation.

You represent that any feedback submitted by you does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
