Shipping policy
Toats Private Limited (OatMlk) ensures that all products leave our facility in peak condition. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Dispatch & Origin
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in Bhopal.
2. Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
We utilize independent 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers for all deliveries. Please be advised:
Timeline Responsibility: Delivery timelines are determined entirely by the 3PL provider and not by Toats Private Limited.
No Guaranteed Delivery Dates: Any delivery estimates provided are based on carrier information. Toats Private Limited does not guarantee specific delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays during transit.
3. Transfer of Liability
Our responsibility for the shipment ends the moment the order is handed over to the 3PL courier in Bhopal.
Carrier Performance: Toats Private Limited shall not be liable for mishandling, delays, theft, loss, or delivery failures caused by the third-party logistics provider.
Insurance: Shipping charges paid at checkout are strictly towards transportation services and do not include transit insurance unless explicitly mentioned in the selected shipping method. Toats Private Limited is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit with the carrier.
4. Tracking & Communication
Once your order is dispatched from Bhopal, a tracking number will be shared via the contact details provided during checkout.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to monitor the shipment using the tracking link provided.
Any coordination related to delivery attempts, rescheduling, time slots, address modifications, or re-routing must be handled directly with the 3PL provider.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Toats Private Limited shall not be responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to our Bhopal facility due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address,
Failed delivery attempts,
Customer refusal to accept delivery,
then any applicable re-shipping or handling charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.
6. Insured Deliveries & Transit Damage Claims
If the selected shipping method explicitly mentions “Insured Shipping,” any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To raise a claim, the customer must email detailed evidence, including:
Clear photographs/videos of the damaged products,
Images of the outer packaging,
The order number,
to ops@oatmlk.in.
Upon verification and approval of the claim, Toats Private Limited will process a refund for the approved damaged quantity/value.
Claims submitted:
Beyond 24 hours of delivery, or
Without sufficient supporting evidence,
may not be eligible for approval.
